On August 9, 2023, China Association of Machinery Industry for Environmental Protection (CAMIE) issued a notice that the group standard T/CAMIE 13-2023 Water-cooled Grate for Domestic Waste Incineration edited by CNTY was officially released.

In recent years, China is gradually implementing waste classification, and the calorific value of domestic waste is also increasing accordingly. Water-cooled grate technology can efficiently reduce the surface temperature of the grates, thus improving the adaptability and stability of the incinerator to the treatment of HCV waste, increasing the service life of the grates, reducing the overhaul and maintenance of the incinerator system, and thus improving waste treatment efficiency.

At present, there is no domestic standard on water-cooled grate for waste incineration. The standard fills this gap by providing a basis for equipment testing and technical support for the development of the industry.
