In order to further enhance the road traffic legal concept of all employees of Rudong Tianheng, improve their awareness of traffic safety and self-protection ability, effectively prevent and curb road traffic accidents, strictly build the bottom line of summer safety production, and fully guarantee the high-quality and efficient development of various environmental sanitation work, on May 21, 2023, Rudong Tianheng held a summer 2023 safety production conference and traffic safety training event. The company's general managers, inspectors from the Security Department, responsible persons from front-line departments and various project departments, all drivers, and representatives of front-line employees, totaling more than 300 people, participated in the meeting.

The experts from Rudong Traffic Police Brigade elaborated on how to strengthen the management of traffic safety for environmental sanitation vehicles and personnel, combined with typical traffic accident cases and knowledge of traffic safety regulations, and explained in detail the safety hazards that are prone to occur during the driving of environmental sanitation vehicles and the work of environmental sanitation workers, as well as the improvement measures, and showed a traffic safety warning film.

In addition, inspectors from the Security Department, Wang Xirui, drivers from the Clearing Management Office, Yu Xinhua, Zhang Yushan from the Urban Cleaning Office, Yang Ming from the South Cleaning Office, Lu Junhui from the New Area Cleaning Office, Guo Feng from the Dayu Project, and Shi Youde from the Chaohe Project, based on their own work experience, expressed their opinions on how to do a good job in safety production.

Finally, Yang Jianyin, the general manager of Rudong Tianheng, emphasized:

We must grasp the "three in place" and become the "guardian of safety." To ensure that safety awareness is in place, safety production awareness must be implemented at the front line, executed by every employee, and implemented by every responsible person; to ensure that safety supervision is in place, each deputy general manager in charge must be responsible for the safety production of their respective areas; to ensure that safety responsibilities are in place, work responsibilities must be implemented at every level, and once problems occur, they must be held accountable and punished severely.

We must grasp the "three implementations" and become the "alarm for hidden dangers." We must have legs that are not afraid of tiredness, and managers from various departments and projects should run actively and frequently; we must have sharp eyes, strengthen the investigation of hidden dangers, and be able to quickly identify potential risks; we must have eloquent mouths, remind repeatedly and keep safety in mind at all times.

We must grasp the "four key points" and become the "fire truck of safety." We must focus on the "key points," which are the areas that can affect people's health, life safety, and major property safety, and are the most important areas that safety inspections must pay close attention to; break through the "difficult points," which are the risk investigation points that the EHS safety system has not yet considered, and must be overcome one by one; make up for the "weak points," which are the secondary and non-key areas of safety production that cannot be ignored; and plug the "leakage points," which are the areas that have been suspended from operation for a long time and new expansion areas that must not be overlooked.
