The 15t/d plant is a government-franchised project for medical waste treatment in Yangzhou. It serves 1,890 local medical institutions and effectively handles their medical waste treatment demand.

With a daily capacity of 100t, the plant is stalled with a multi-stage flue gas purification system to ensure optimised emission levels, and the vitrified glass matter formed can be used as construction materials.

Expanding an area of 1,335m2, the plant is equipped with the plasma gasification and melting process independently developed by us, and has completed the 2t/d pilot test. The project can meet the daily treatment needs of medical waste generated by major clinical institutions in Hai'an. The system has been up and running on a safe and reliable basis.

We fully implement "slightly moist cleaning" on the city road and shift from rough cleaning to refined cleaning, from simple repetitive work to scientific and comprehensive work. Road sweepers, sprinklers, high-pressure flushing trucks and dust suppression vehicles act together to implement a combination of mechanized cleaning and manual cleaning, improving the quality of cleaning in all aspects.

We choose suitable collecting and transporting vehicles according to the road conditions in different areas; we adopt a reasonable collection and transportation pattern according to the living pattern of the residents in the area, and set priorities for collection and transportation work according to the demands of the authorities and assessment focuses. All aspects of the situation are integrated to develop a reasonable service plan in Guyuan City.

We serve many administrative districts in Nantong, covering 74 neighborhoods, 12 institutions and 10 schools. The project adopts a market-based operation model for the whole process of waste classification, collection, transportation and disposal, and establishes a "five-pronged" working mechanism of four-party consultation, promotion and activation, classification and collection, guidance and incentives, and effectiveness assessment. Based on the implementation of a real-name system for waste separation, the credits reward system is shifted to a smart model of paperless management and online redemption. As a result, it has better improved the management level of the pilot areas on domestic waste disposal in the aspects of reduction, harmlessness and resourcefulness.
